The team assigned to repair the roof and the leak in my ceiling was outstanding. Very responsive, attentive, and professional. When they removed the insulation, I expected to come home to some mess. The place was spotless, exactly as I had left it. They also show care - when the insulation was removed, the bedroom was very cold. So an emergency insulation was put in to keep the room warm till the complete repair could be done. Not only is the work of a high caliber, the interpersonal connection is outstanding. I highly recommend this company!

Con-Tech DKI was referred to me by my insurance company to repair water damage in our basement. My project manager, Ryan, was great to deal with. He sent over people to handle the emergency repairs right away. When it came time to handle the restoration, he did a great job of coordinating all of the trades people and communicating the repair schedule to me. Everyone that he sent to the house was courteous, capable, and very respectful of my home. Ryan was very responsive to questions, and he addressed concerns immediately by having the trades people complete touch ups the very next day. The technicians have done a very good job. I am happy with the work that has been done. The project manager Kyle, the job scheduler Amanda, and the preparing technicians have been very co-operative and friendly. Technician Kevin has done an excellent job. The one week job was finished within 3 days.
